Sole Vidiano


This wine is derived from the Cretan Vidiano varietal, which was planted and has adapted perfectly to the Pangeon mountainside, and includes a small amount of Assyrtiko. The classic white vinification process is used, with crushing and immediate pressing of the grapes, without pre-fermentation maceration. It is fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel vats, where it is left on the fine lees for 4 months.

It has a bright green-yellow colour, while the nose is dominated by aromas of apricot and pear blending harmoniously with herbs and citrus.

It has a rich, full flavour, with exceptional structure, refreshing acidity and a silky texture.

Aromas of yellow fruit and a note of minerals and wax give it an enjoyable finish.

Serve at 10°C.

Food pairing fried or grilled fish, yellow cheeses.
