Biblinos Rosé

This rosé is produced from a local red varietal, which was found in the Mt Pangeon region and is now cultivated at the Biblia Chora Estate.

After crushing, the grapes are pressed and the must drawn directly, without pre-fermentation maceration.

It has a bright pomegranate colour. The nose is dominated by the aroma of red fruit, such as cherry, combined with notes of citrus and gooseberry flowers. It has a rich, fresh flavour, with good structure and excellent balance, giving it an intensely aromatic finish.

Try it chilled at 10-12°C now, and up to 3 years after production.
