After crushing, the grapes are pressed and the must drawn directly, without pre-fermentation maceration.
It has a bright pomegranate colour. The nose is dominated by the aroma of red fruit, such as cherry, combined with notes of citrus and gooseberry flowers. It has a rich, fresh flavour, with good structure and excellent balance, giving it an intensely aromatic finish.
Try it chilled at 10-12°C now, and up to 3 years after production.
